Our History
	Thies & Talle Management, Inc. was founded over 25 years ago in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota as a private manager and owner of quality rental housing. Since that time, Thies & Talle Management has grown to over 80 communities in five Midwestern states. With properties encompassing urban, suburban, and rural areas; and ranging from high-end luxury housing to government-assisted housing, Thies & Talle continues to focus on the long-term quality of its properties and superior service to residents.

	With corporate offices based in Chanhassen, Minnesota, Thies & Talle properties can be found in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Michigan in small towns and urban areas.
