Short Waitlist - Accepting Applications
Monthly rent is based on 30% of a household’s adjusted income. Some units have rental assistance and the resident rent can go as low as zero. Other units do not have rental assistance and the rent on those units vary between a basic and note rate rent depending on 30% of a household’s adjusted household income. Income restrictions apply for all units.
The head of household needs to be either 62 years of age or older or be disabled to qualify.

Ridge Manor is a senior (62+)/disabled property in Delano, MN. With on site laundry, community room and huge community patio. We are also pet friendly, close to shopping, clinics and many restaurants.
