Ramsey Village Townhomes in Duluth, MN set to open Phase IV: Thies & Talle Management is set to complete Phase IV of their Ramsey Village Townhomes community in Duluth continuing the creation of one of nicest housing communities in the city. Since July there has been a lot happening at 403, 409, and 413 North 54^th Ave West in Duluth. Thies & Talle Management has been hard at work building out Phase IV of their Ramsey Village Townhomes community. Ramsey Village Townhomes is a community providing housing to residents for the last 20 years. Ramsey Village Townhomes started its first phase in 1994 completing 44 units, the second phase in 2010 completing 28 units, and the third phase in 2012 completing 8 units. The fourth phase will be comprised of 3 new buildings, totaling 12 new 2 bedroom townhomes. The first building is set to open November 15^th,2014, the second December 15^th, 2014, and the third January 15^th, 2015. The townhomes (1,242 - 1,314 sqft) will feature walk-in closets, granite countertops, hardwood laminate flooring, in-unit washer & dryer, private garages, and private entry. 2021 Sioux Falls Wreath Donation

For the last 18 years, Helen Ganske, Property Manager in Sioux Falls, SD, has been visiting the local VA hospital to give away holiday wreaths. On December 9, 2021, Helen and the rest of the staff at our Sioux Falls properties joined her in handing out the wreaths. They received donations from their vendors to give away 147 wreaths to the local veterans. The wreaths were decorated by the residents at Canterbury Apartments (https://www.thiestalle.com/properties/canterbury-sioux-falls.html) and Beadle Plaza Apartments (https://www.thiestalle.com/properties/beadle-plaza-sioux-falls.html) in Sioux Falls, SD with some help from the staff members. Our staff and residents spent approximately 80 hours decorating the wreaths. Thank you to our residents and staff who took the time to help! Lisa Simoneau of the VA in Sioux Falls says, “It is through the efforts of community partners like you that allow us to continue the quality care and services that we seek to provide for our deserving Veterans. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you again for future events.” We would like to thank our Sioux Falls team for their hard work, dedication and giving hearts to their community.
