A friendly community made up of apartment homes designed for seniors age 62 and up and disabled individuals. The apartments are all one-bedroom and feature emergency pull cords, a controlled entry system, elevator, and are part of the Meals on Wheels program. A main floor community room makes a wonderful gathering place. You may qualify if your income is less than $42,750 for a 1 person household, $48,850 for a 2 person household.
